FEATURES

To join aluminium, mild steel or stainless steel strip in a
continuous process.
Strip width up to 50mm.
Strip thickness up to 1.6mm.
Fully guarded, interlocked into strip mill line.
This unit is built on wheels so it can be pushed from one line to
another.
Pneumatic guillotine.
The new and the old strip ends are automatically cut at 15º.
The strip ends are then butted together, clamped then TIG welded
together.
