DESCRIPTION

This is a twin torch welding lathe specifically designed for the
welding of print rollers. One or two pass welding is selectable.
Rollers can be welded to butt jointed end caps with two torches
simultaneously in the horizontal position. Alternatively, end caps
can be welded into the roller one at a time. In this mode the
assembly is loaded horizontally, indexes 90º to the vertical and a
single torch welds the end cap in place. The whole assembly then
indexes 180º and a single torch welds the other end cap in place.
The assembly then returns to the horizontal for offloading.
