DESCRIPTION

Modern industry relies on long life low cost conveyor systems, at
the heart of which is the conveyor roller. Usually the belt runs on
them and the belt life is enhanced by smooth spatter free rolls that
are running true (no eccentricity). The above machine meets these
stringent requirements in that it locates the tube conically end to
end concentric to the axle or bung before welding. This avoids
eccentricity and the roller being out of balance.

The other feature is the ability of the torch to find the precise weld
position regardless of tube cut off length. This prevents weak
welds or sharp peaky welds.

The machine can be optionally fitted with magazine feed and auto
eject.
