FEATURES

Three 32Kg 6 axis handling robots fitted with
fail safe gripper.

First station consists of a dedicated 8 gun spot welder that is
manually loaded with loose components. These are spot welded
together.

Second station consists of a 32Kg robot that picks the spotted
assembly out of the first station and applies 20 additional spots
with a fixed centre pair of spot guns. Spot welded assembly is
then placed in a nest.

Third station consists of a 32Kg robot that picks the spotted
assembly out of the nest and applies 20 additional spots with a
variable pitched centre pair of spot guns. Spot welded assembly is
them placed in a nest.

Fourth station consists of a 32Kg robot that picks the spotted
assembly out of the nest and applies 11 additional spots with a
single spot gun.

Spot welded assembly is them placed in a offload chute.
