From the outset projects are quoted using JobBOSS job control
software, when ordered the project information is loaded into
JobBOSS and scheduled through all departments. JobBOSS
allows all departments up to the minute information on job
status, it has an integral purchasing module which we use and
integrates with our accounts software.

In the initial stages of any project, a review meeting will be held
between the customer, design office and production control. From
this meeting, a job file will be set up, containing a master timing
plan giving the relative timing of all aspects of that specific project.

The correlation between all current jobs at anytime in design and
production is by regular meetings with production control. The
information from these meetings is prioritised into weekly design
and production schedules.
