Steve Bollons, Senior A Weld I, Production Director

Steve has overall responsibility for production and welding and
joining processes.

This includes determining the optimum welding parameters to
effect the best possible appearance, penetration and speed of
welding.

He is involved with the robot programming to optimise the
movement in the air cut time relation to arc time in conjunction
with weld distortion control.

Steve has 26 years experience as a welding engineer.

Steve is also responsible for the production department and has
overall responsibility for ensuring that machines are produced on
time.
