Technology and Facilities

	Design Technology Our design office currently operates four seats of Parametric Technologies Pro E 3D modelling package along with Autocad and Autocad LT.
	Systems Technology From PLC programming to machine wiring our team of electrical systems engineers each have years of experience.
	Computerised Measuring Machine (CMM) With a working envelope of 1.5m high by a bed size of 3m x 1.5m, our Computerised Measuring Machine allows us to check components to ensure accuracy.
	Laser Alignment Equipment All our rotary machines are set up using a Rotalign laser alignment system.
	Welding Laboratory On completion of weld samples or during machine pass off, we have the facilities to cut, polish and etch components.
	Welding Trials and Demos We have the facilities to undertake sampling work by rotary, linear or robotic methods.
	Fabrication Area All frames, headstocks and beds are fabricated in house by our qualified welders using a precision large flat table and latest pulsed welding equipment.
	Paint Spray Facility We have in house paint spray facilities with a qualified paint sprayer
	Production Planning Jobs are managed using JobBOSS job control and shop management software.
	Accounts We operate Sage accounts packages and Microsoft Office Packages.
	Training All staff are offered and receive training to develop their abilities and role within M+T.
